beach park sandringham

FFLA designed and documented an upgrade of the existing play space in Beach Park on the Sandringham foreshore. Based around a coastal theme, the design includes a large octopus and water play elements within the sand play area. A tall play tower enables views of the water from the play space over the existing coastal vegetation. Accessible circulation across the site was achieved through a combination of new concrete paths and rubber safefall. Fitness equipment was also installed as part of the upgrade.
