FFLA assisted Warrnambool City Council in the preparation of a Master Plan for the Warrnambool Harbour. Key components of the Master Plan include upgrading existing boat launch facilities, enhanced access to the beach and water, improved vehicle circulation and parking, improved pedestrian and cycle circulation, additional seatings, horse wash down facilities (the area is used in the mornings to exercise racehorses) and new tree planting and revegetation works.
