FFLA designed and documented the landscape works associated with the redevelopment of The Orchards aged care facility in Templestowe for Baptcare designed by CHT architects. The $65M+ project includes a 120 bed aged care facility and 175 new independent living apartments. The design includes four residential apartment blocks that define courtyard spaces. These courtyards include garden spaces as well as communal facilities, including a swimming pool and productive gardening opportunities. The design includes a pedestrian spine linking the buildings and the communal spaces and facilities.
