FFLA prepared the design and documentation of landscape works associated with the redevelopment of a 120 bed aged care facility in Templestowe for Baptcare designed by CHT architects. The aged care facility (completed in 2018) is the first stage of a larger redevelopment of the site, incorporating independent living apartments and communal facilities. FFLA was involved in master planning for the whole site and gaining planning approval for the development. The design includes a pedestrian spine linking the buildings and the communal spaces and facilities, a number of courtyards (many constructed over car parking) and some rooftop gardens.
