FFLA collaborated with SED Advisory and Southern Grampians Shire Council in the preparation of a Structure Plan for Tarrington. Tarrington is a small community located close to Hamilton that has a rich history aligned with the settling of the area by Lutheran German farmers.  This history lends the town a village character, which has been recently supplemented by a thriving cafe that draws many visitors.The structure planning process seeks to define the way the town will look in the future and resolve recent tensions related to development pressure. As a part of the structure planning process, FFLA has undertaken extensive community consultation, and detailed assessment of the town (including a photographic record and mapping of all of the existing buildings).
