FFLA designed and documented the duplicated shared path between Bay Street and Sundown Streets in Brighton (just north of the Brighton Baths). Separate pedestrian and cycle paths were created, reflecting the popularity of this trail. Key design challenges included design of the trail entry points and crossings (ensuring good sight lines for trail users of people joining or crossing the trail), crossing treatments at the entry to a dog beach, and the retention of access to private property adjoining the narrow open space corridor containing the trail.
